Post-Pour Concrete Work & First Bananas
The day after the pour, the concrete has set enough that the boards holding the retaining bolts can be removed and the tops can be cleaned off.
These corner blocks will hold the shear walls -- the walls that will hold up the house if there's an earthquake.
We noticed that two of your banana trees flowered and are fruiting. It can take several months from flowering until the fruit is ready to harvest, but it looks like we'll get a lot of bananas.
