Stair stringers
The interior star stringers are cut and ready to put in,

Office windows
The office was wrapped with Tyvek and the windows were installed.

All of the trusses are in and work on the purlins has started.

Second floor trusses done
The second floor (office) trusses are done.
Work is also progress in the interior. This will become a landing for the stairs going up to the second floor.

First Windows
The first of the windows are in.
Work is also progressing on the second floor (office) trusses.
I've also been working on painting boards that will be used as purlins (board that go perpendicular to the trusses to hold the roofing panels).

Exterior Walls Done & Ready for Windows
The windows and siding were delivered this morning.
The Tyvek is (mostly) installed.
While all this has been going on, we've also been finishing the cumaru that will be used for the lanai and breezeway flooring.

First Office Truss
The first of the office trusses (and more of the first floor trusses) are in.
This is the center truss. The roof will be a hip (sloped on all four sides), so there will be trusses on all four sides. |

Roof trusses
Most of the roof trusses for the first floor are up.

We bought a lime tree a while ago and it's fruiting |
It's a variety called calamondin lime, which we didn't know is different from a standard lime. It's a hybrid between a Mandarin orange and a kumquat. The fruit taste like a sour orange. |
