Final Plumbing Installation

Our cooktop was finally delivered, so we can get it installed and the gas hooked up.  We don't have to cook on a hot plate any more!

For now, we'll be using portable, refillable gas tanks (having two means that we should never run out of gas). There are a lot of places to get the tanks filled, including the hardware store that's just a few minutes away.  When construction of the main house is done, we'll get a large, permanent tank installed and get deliveries.

Since the plumber is coming back, it also means we can get the last of the plumbing work done--hooking up the sink and installing the toilet in the master bath.

 We chose a granite vessel sink to go with the mango counter top.
